Rental Policy
Bella Vista is a luxury residence; not a resort hotel.
The minimum rental period is 30 days and no shorter.

You will find this information in the Declaration of
Condominium as well as the Rules & Regulations.

Violators of the Rental Policy will be fined by the Association in the
amount of $100 per day per event up to $1000 per each event.

All rental agreements and leases must be submitted to the management office
no less than 15 days prior to the tenant(s) taking occupancy of the
condominium, as stated in the Declaration of Condominium §13.B(1).
$100.00 administration fee ($150.00 if your application is submitted less
than 15 days in advance of tenant taking occupancy

Dual Occupancy as stated in the Rules & Regulations is prohibited.
